You know, funny thing... I was just playing Zaeed's loyalty mission in ME2. You know, where the resident Brit merc decides to blow the place up in order to get Vido. It gave me an idea. Perhaps our general dude could cause some sort on life-threatening situation on a large part of the populace, and the crew has to decide whether to stop the situation or go after the general. (Though even if they do go after the general, the time spent arguing buys him enough chance to escape.)
